Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 2–5 business days

  • Belgium & Germany: 3–7 business days

  • Other European Countries: 5–12 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Carvepz Toy Store may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package throughout delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

  • Orders already dispatched cannot always be modified.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to arrange either:

  • a replacement item (subject to availability), or

  • a refund.

Return Policy

We want every customer to shop with confidence.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Returned products must:

  • be unused and in original condition

  • include original packaging

  • include all accessories, manuals, and parts (if applicable)

  • not show signs of damage caused by misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Items returned in unsanitary or heavily used condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,

  • a defective product, or

  • the wrong item,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number.

  2. Wait for return instructions and approval.

  3. Securely package the item.

  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • a defective product,

  • a damaged shipment,

  • or an error on our part,

Carvepz Toy Store will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If your refund has not appeared after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For all other situations, customers may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the return process outlined above.
